Thomas was a very knowledgeable tour guide about the subject matter as well as the way to get the best experience. He was very passionate about giving us his knowledge. We learned a lot about the area that we didn’t know before. This was not the guide’s fault but in the beginning it was a bit hard to hear him in the microphone, the sound equipment could benefit from upgrades. Thomas had educational resources available to show us how the area changed that was incredible to see.
