Combine a VIP-/Dinner & Best of Mozart Fortress Concert with a popular boat trip on the Salzach & discover Salzburg from its most beautiful angle. After the boat trip, you have an exquisite dinner in the Panorama Restaurant at the Fortress Hohensalzburg. This unique evening concludes with a concert in the most magnificent chambers. Classic Dinner: • Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads • Consommé of beef with semolina dumpling • Filled turkey roulade supreme with truffle mashed potatoes & fruity sauce • Mozart dessert VIP Dinner: • Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads • White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds • Braised veal "Tafelspitz" from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin & grilled asparagus OR • Salzburger trout fillet „Müllerin Art“ with parsley potatoes • Fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream & berries Vegetarian/vegan/allergy needs, please express this request directly to the service staff in the evening. Itinerary

  • Salzach River

    Experience the nicest side of Salzburg with Tour I. Beginning at the "Marco Feingold Steg" in the centre of the Old City, you cruise past the impressive town scenery, the natural landscape of the Salzach, along to the exclusive residential area in the south of the City, and finally, views of the magnificent Hagen" and "Tennen" mountain range, the northern ridge of the Berchtesgadener Alps - and back, where at the end of your trip the Panoramic speed boat "dances" for its passengers.

  • Fortress Hohensalzburg

    Fortress Funicular ascent & descent (no pick-up at the station) After ascending with the funicular to the Fortress, the Panorama restaurant is located on the right side at the exit. At this unique location you enjoy your dinner with marvelous views to Salzburg City and its surroundings. Dinner Starting times: 6:00 pm January, February, March, April, September, Oktober, November, Dezember 6:30 pm May, June, July, August Individual tables at dinner in the Panorama fortress restaurant! Your table will be allocated according to the number of people booked. In case of fine weather and suitable weather conditions, the VIP dinner is served on the panorama terrace.

    Fortress Concert: 1.5 hours (with 15 min break) Starting times: 8:00 pm April, September, October, November, December 8:30 pm May, June, July, August Experience Best of Mozart’s concerts at the world-famous Salzburg Fortress (Festung Hohensalzburg) and witness an unforgettable view of the town and province. Make this an unique experience while in Salzburg and enjoy an evening full of great music and excellent atmosphere.

Really great evening! Absolutely worthwhile.

This was a really great experience. The river cruise was nice and relaxing, but the dinner with a view in the castle was really really good. Much better than we expected from a package tour. The concert was also wonderful and it was fun climbing all over the castle. We had a fabulous evening and would highly recommend this tour. One thing to note is there is a fair amount of walking and stair climbing. This would be difficult for anyone who is mobility challenged.

What a great time this was. First a river cruise, then an amazing dinner in the castle with a beautiful concert after dinner also at castle! This was one of our very favorite evenings on this trip to Europe! We highly recommend!

It was a wonderful evening from beginning to end. Dinner was delicious with a spectacular view. The people were friendly and helpful and listening to Mozart in the fortress was almost surreal when you consider where you are.
