Overview

Trip to Old Galle is kind of journey to history where UNESCO World Heritage Galle Fort glimpse of vintage charm of the colonial lifestyle that remain unchanged. As you start up in Colombo hotel, the trip drives through E01 Expressway and exit to Bentota for your first stopover especially for Water Sports. Then drive for Sea Turtles Conservation in Kosgoda and next will be the River Maadu (Madu Ganga) Boat Safari in deep mangrove backwater. Finally you will reach Historic Galle City (Old Galle) and enjoy the glamour citadel of Dutch essence. People are from around the world visit Galle where experience the beautiful sunset at rampart and we offer you typical southern curd that called Curd at Sunset.

A day packed with great experiences

My wife and I along with our four year old son had a great day. Benthota beach was our first stop, then the turtle hatchery, followed by the river safari, and ending in Galle Fort. All are great experiences for all ages, we got up close to turtles and a baby crocodile and saw many other animals. highly recommended.
