Overview

Our Day Trip to Ella From selected location includes followings; Visit to Nine Arches Bridge The glorious Nine Arch Bridge between Ella and Demodara station is one of the engineering marvels in the early 20th century. Hike in Little Adams's Peak It is 1141 m in height and from the entrance it takes up to 30-45 min for the hike. Views from the summit are incredible. 360 degrees panoramic views with clouds rolling in, is a treat to watch for any traveler. Refresh yourself at Rawana Falls On the way back, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Rawana falls - one of the widest falls in the country. Tea Plantation Visit You'll get to see the plantation site and local guides will explain you the tea making process. Visit Udawalawa Elephant Orphanage The Elephant Transit Home, since its inception in 1995, has helped care for dozens of injured, sick, or orphaned baby elephants from all over Sri Lanka. Please note that this tour is highly customizable according to your wish.

Well worth the effort and great service

I initially thought we would join a larger tour group but it turned out to be a private tour with a car, driver and our own tour guide Sachi. Super service overall, despite the early pickup due to us staying in Galle. Sachi was very patient with us, answered a lot of our questions about the sites and even took a lot of great pictures of my wife and I. We visited all the sites exactly as advertised, was timed perfectly to beat the crowds and capped it off with a lovely meal at a local restaurant near the Elephant reserve. Would definitely recommend the tour and especially with Sachi as the guide.

Ella-- a Scenic Destination

We recently took a full-day tour starting from Colombo to Ella, and it was truly one of the most memorable days of our trip to Sri Lanka. Nestled in the lush hill country, Ella is the perfect base for exploring nature, tea culture, and breathtaking views—all in one day. Throughout the tour, our guide Sachitha was friendly, informative, and flexible with the itinerary. Transportation was comfortable, with plenty of photo stops along the way. In just one day, I got a rich taste of the beauty and culture that Ella has to offer. Highly recommended for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking to unwind in the hills of Sri Lanka.

My tour guide, Sachi, was amazing! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and even treated us to some food along the way. His knowledge about the places we visited was impressive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The tour was long, but every moment was worth it because of the stunning scenic views.
