We stayed inside the walls of the palace in Split, it was very interesting to hear about the history of the palace and environs. Our guide, Marino, was very friendly and knowledgeable! It was an inexpensive and interesting way to learn about the palace’s history.

Very informative - learned a lot about Croatian history, not just the palace. Our guide (Marino?) was excellent, looking after us, making sure we kept out of the warm sunshine as much as possible. He was very informative and spoke confidently so it was a surprise to hear it was only his second tour.
