On this 12-hour tour from Split, you’ll have the chance to explore the raw beauty of Croatia’s famous Plitvice Lakes National Park. This UNESCO World Heritage site is not only the largest park in Croatia, but the oldest in the country, boasting 16 cascading lakes, breathtaking canyons, and even Croatia's tallest waterfall. Enjoy a short hike around the Upper lakes, hop on a short sightseeing cruise around the Lower Lakes, and finish with a scenic boat ride and optional lunch at a traditional restaurant. If you book with Mia you won't regret it

Yesterday we went to Plitvice with Mia and she was amazing! She was knowledgeable and engaging even for someone who lacks interest in history. She was very kind, easy-going and approachable.

Lake trip

We had Mia as a guide and she was very informative. The weather wasn’t the best so she asked everyone if they were prepared before going into the park so that she could take people to the gift shop to buy what they needed before starting the tour. There’s a little bit of walking involve and she took into consideration the different paces that people will take within the group. She also told us where the best places would be to take pictures. Stopped of for lunch at a local restaurant and she gave very good recommendations as to what dishes to take. Overall, would do the trip again.

Mia was a wonderful guide! She was knowledgeable, caring, organized and funny! I only wish she had an extra mark in her umbrella so we could see her on our rainy day. A wonderful adventure!

Amazing Plitvice

This was a fabulous trip and an informative excursion. Mia was our tour guide and did a great job keeping us on track to be sure we experienced the best of Plitvice. Mia provided the history of Croatia during our bus trip while also interspersing humor. She was so helpful. The weather was very rainy and wet and cold! However, we still got to see the beauty of the park, the magnificent waterfalls, and the lakes. Highly recommend.

Mia was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with the history and she made it interesting and fun. She had great attention to detail. We absolutely loved her sense of humor and how she related to each member of the tour group regardless of their ages and or background. I highly recommend a tour with Mia.
