Meet your knowledgeable local guide at Tsukiji Honganji Temple, where your guide will take you to popular local stores selling the best produce, beverages, kitchenware, and more. Enjoy selected foods while visiting tsukiji fish market. Please enjoy the unique atmosphere of the market which miraculously survived the World War Ⅱ, where you often be able to see the face-to-face conversations between the buyers and the sellers, which is difficult to find elsewhere in megacity Tokyo.   • Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Minimum drinking age is 20 years. So we offer another drink for under 20.
  • In case of late arrival, the tour cannot be extended.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations or late arrivals on the day of the tour.
  • Infant meal is not included.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accommodate vegetarian, halal, gluten-free requests, or allergy-related requests.
  • Unfortunately, if you can't eat fish, you won't be able to join the tour
  • Services not listed (For example : hotel pickup/drop-off, Extra food and drinks, Other personal expenses, Transportation fee to meeting point) are not included in the tour.
  • If the restaurant is suddenly closed and cannot provide the meal, we will provide an alternative.
  • The fish market(Uogashi wholesaler market) is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and other closed market days.
  • On Wednesdays, Sundays, and other closed market days, Japanese omelette and Fish cake and Fruits cannot be served. Because shop is closed.
  • Depending on the day and time, we serve either sushi or seafood bowl.

Yoshie was a wonderful guide!! The food was delicious, we learned so much, and had lot of fun. Make sure to try the sashimi and wagyu beef.

An enjoyable guided market tour.

We had a lovely tour with Ayako this morning. It was just us in the group which made it more personal. Ayako explained everything carefully and we were able to try many delicious foods. This tour was very enjoyable and we would recommend a guided visit to the markets. Ayako also gave us some recommendations for post tour places.

We had a very enjoyable tour of the market and the surrounding streets including temples . Our guide Yoshio was very knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience feel veal very comfortable. The booking was very straight forward with excellent communication; we found our guide exactly where our map directions said we would .

Our guide, Haruka C, was delightful. Despite the pouring rain, she kept us busy, fed and informed. She told us there was something like 400 stalls in the market. Without her guidance, we wouldn't know where to start. The food samples were plentiful and delicious finishing off with how to make our own fish bowls. Definitely the best way to visit the fish market.
