Yumii did an absolutely amazing job. I can't name one thing she needs to improve on, but praise her for adjusting and accommodating each of her passengers. I know there were passengers who were upset that she chose to wait on a late family at our last stop, but I imagined if that was me and my family. They couldn't left something they needed on the bus. Yes, it inconvenienced the rest of us, but it was the right thing to do. My only recommendation to anyone who likes to spend time at sites is that they might want to pay the additional fees for a private tour or use this tour as an introduction to the popular sites and revisit them later, because it's not only inconsiderate to the passengers but disrespectful to the Japenese punctual culture.
Nevertheless, I never felt unsafe and you definitely get your bang for your buck. Oh, if you don't want to take 10k - 14k steps, this is not the tour for you and you might not want to visit the sites listed because they all required a bit of walking from the authorized drop-off locations.
