One of the most popular attractions is traditional Pletna boat that will take you to the Bled Island (and St. Mary church) or you can explore Bled castle and enjoy spectacular views. If you’re sporty type you can take a walk, hike or cycle around the lake, and in summer months you can even refresh yourself in cool water.

Lovely and informative time

Lovely and informative trip. "John" discussed philosophy and regional history with us, it was clearly something he is passionate about and we learned a lot that we didn't know before which is the main incentive for travel. He had good advice for restaurants and sights and we felt safe with his driving. 10/10 recommend.

Our guide was prompt and his car was big enough for 4 of us to ride comfortably. His English was good and he was very happy to adjust timing in Ljubljana and Bled to our preferences. He gave us good suggestions as to how to spend our time and directed us to a good restaurant for lunch. He also was an excellent driver which made us all feel very safe.
