    We start the tour at Zagreb’s famous Zrinjevac Park, which will give you some great selfie and photo opportunities while we provide you stories about our hometown.

    WW2 tunnel under Grič Hill. Back in the days used for military purpose today it is a tourist attraction and a great shot-cut trough the city centre.

    The best way to climb historic medieval Upper Town. Enjoy the shortest funicular ride in the world.

    Historic guard tower that houses famous Grič cannon.

    Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the city. This is a great opportunity for some more photos, to see St. Marks Church, Museum of Broken Relationship, Croatian Government Building, Croatian Parliament and to enjoy the charm of medieval Zagreb.

    After Upper Town we will descend down to the Tkalčićeva street. It is Zagreb's most famous pedestrian zone packed with bars and restaurants. There is always something going on there.

Excellent walk that cover all the basics

We booked this walking tour for our first day in Zagreb. I already had a google map with pins of various locations we wanted to visit, but this tour covered so many of them. It’s amazing how much ground we covered in such a small geographic area. As always, the knowledge of the tour guide is what made the difference between a walk and an experience. Bonus: it starts at 10 so you don’t need an early start.

Marko was incredible! He led a very thoughtful, informative tour. We learned so much while also having so much fun. He has a gift for being a tour guide and will tell you all sorts of interesting stories that you might not otherwise hear about Zagreb. He’s a local with a deep appreciation for all that Zagreb has to offer. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

This is a great way to start your time in this city. I thought the review of these main highlights was pretty thorough. The pace is good. Small groups are beneficial for learning. All was good.
