We had a very good trip, lots to see and our driver was very knowledgeable. I would also add that we were very lucky and had nice weather & a sunny day. Might not see as much if weather is bad.

I had an incredible experience exploring Wicklow National Park with Kevin as our guide. He was personable, engaging, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. What really stood out was his deep knowledge of the area, which he shared through fascinating stories and historical insights that brought the landscape to life. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and takes pride in showcasing the beauty and heritage of Wicklow. Highly recommend taking a tour with Kevin if you want a meaningful and memorable experience.

Highlights of this tour included the magnificent Powerscourt Estate and Gardens, the breathtaking Wicklow Mountains and the historically religious Glendalough Abbey… Small group is a bonus…van was comfortable…driver/guide was very knowledgeable! Pickup point was easy to access…clarify that tour will return to a different location than starting location!!! Some suggestions for improvement: — provide free map to tourists for Powerscourt Estate before arriving at the site —inform tourists that there is a brochure available for the Abbey at the welcome center for a small fee. Euros only accepted…no US dollars!!! —encourage guide to wait for all tourists to disembark from bus before leading them to the entrances at the venues —wait with the group while they pay the admission fee to ensure they receive the special discounted rate at Powerscourt Estate (we were charged full price until I noticed the error and returned to the desk to request a refund) Absolutely the best memories of Ireland!!! A perfect Irish countryside day trip

This entire trip was a delight - thank you Hilltop Tours and our guide & driver, Richard! Powerscourt Gardens are stunning and well maintained. A must-see. The drive up Wicklow was very interesting (bogs, locks, and Irish history) thanks to our guide, who helped make the day a joy, was very insightful and loves his Irish hertitage. Upper Glenalogh lake is very picturesque and beautiful.

Fun trip but driver was scattered.

The excursions and sites were great to see. But our driver seemed to be a little scattered and frustrated. He also drove a little dangerous in the minivan. There were slight curves on the streets and tight corners, and I almost fell out of my seat on top of another lady. Because of the seatbelt, I could not fit the seatbelt so a lot of the people besides myself were kind of nervous while he was driving around. He needs to slow down and is driving when he has strangers to protect on the trip. He was nice and he was helpful. But he was impatient with the roads and traffic.
