Overview

The 11h morning tour starts at the Greeting to the Sun and the 18:30h tour starts from the Land Gate. If you fall for the Sunset, join us in the afternoon tour. We walk 90 min rain or shine no matter what. Dress accordingly, bring an umbrella or a raincoat if needed. We don't enter any Museum or Church with charge. If you don’t join this Walking tour in order to hear more about Roman architecture then you will surely join it because of the Venetian walls and bastions. You will find out why some of the most famous people, like Alfred Hitchcock, said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world. Roman street net guides you through the city towards the Venetian masterpiece of defense. At last, a winged lion, symbol of Venice and St. Mark salutes you on your way out from the old core. We have a fabulous tour through ZADAR CITY TOURS, specifically with Dorja as our guide. She was , friendly, professional, knowledgeable, funny and really informative. She has the perfect balance, informative but not to overwhemling, funny but not too funny. Specifically she gets a big shout out for doind our tour on her birthday. After she left us she had to go home and make one of two cakes for her birhtday, a traditional Croatian cake. She even sent me the recipe. Thanks for make our time in Zadar so special!
