This tour was an absolute highlight of my trip! I thought I knew ramen, but the variety we explored completely surprised me. From rich, creamy tonkotsu to delicate shoyu and even unique regional styles I’d never heard of, every mini bowl was a new discovery. The portion sizes were perfect for sampling multiple flavours without feeling overwhelmed.
Beyond the incredible food, the experience was beautifully balanced with a stroll through the park, where we were lucky enough to see the cherry blossoms in bloom. It was a perfect way to take a break between tastings and soak in the beauty of the season.
