Giles was incredibly knowledgeable, articulate, professional, and a pleasure to tour with. We met on time at the Berlin Central train station, and from there we spent four hours touring all of the locations as described on the tour including the locations I requested. Our tour guide Glen was awesome! He did a great job of showing us everything and breaking down the history for my daughters so they understood the importance and history of what they were seeing. Would highly recommend.
