Donal was very kind. He's a lovely, cheerful and fun man. He was always very helpful to us. We could ask him anything, and he always had an answer ready. He knew how he had to talk to us. Therefore, we were able to understand what he was telling us. We believe that the tour was more engaging for everyone when he made jokes. We really enjoyed our time with him. Thank you very much, Donal. We will never forget you <3
