Overview

You will eat 8 British foods & see 30+ sights on this tour. We will stop for an hour and taste the best of British foods in one of London's best food markets: Borough market. Foods you will try include: Scotch Egg, Fish & Chips and lots of other British foods. At the start, we will head through Green Park to Buckingham Palace, where we'll watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony (if it is on). We then head to Westminster. Sights we'll see include Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey, & the Houses of Parliament. We then go to the London Bridge area, where we'll see Shakespeare’s Globe, the Shard, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge & the Tower of London. You'll be hungry and thirsty (hopefully) at this point: we then go for a feast of the best of British foods.

Itinerary

  • Buckingham Palace

    After a stroll through lovely Green Park, we reach Buckingham Palace - official home of the King! Your guide will tell stories of British Royal history as you admire this beautiful Palace. On certain days you can watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, and your guide will find the perfect viewing spot! Afterward, walk along the Royal Mall.

    Reaching this iconic public square, you’ll see Nelson’s Column, the stunning fountains, and famous buildings including The National Gallery.

  • Horse Guards Parade at Whitehall

    Continue to Horse Guards Parade, on the edge of stunning St. James Park. We’ll stop to admire its famous arch and iconic clock - a great photo opportunity!

  • Whitehall

    Next, your guide will lead you to nearby Whitehall. This is home to many grand buildings and monuments, as well as Downing Street where British Prime Ministers have lived and worked since 1735!

    At Parliament Square, you’ll see the incredible Palace of Westminster (home to the Houses of Parliament) and the iconic Big Ben clock up close, as well as views of the London Eye and Churchill Statue.

    Continue to nearby Westminster Abbey - one of London’s most beautiful buildings with over 1000 years of history. This is where British Kings and Queens are crowned!

    After a short journey on the London Underground, we’ll arrive at the vibrant Southbank area where you’ll see the Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

  • St. Paul's Cathedral

    Next, we’ll walk onto Millennium Bridge (known by locals as Wobbly Bridge!) to get a wonderful view of St Paul’s Cathedral and its famous dome.

    We continue onto London Bridge - the perfect viewpoint to see sights like Tower Bridge, Tower of London, HMS Belfast (WW2 Battleship), The Shard skyscraper (UK's tallest building) and the Square Mile!

    Your guide will take you inside lively Borough Market - home to great local food and some secret Harry Potter filming locations!

Great way to see a lot in a short time!

This was one of the best tours we went on. There were 6 of us, spending a long weekend in London, so we wanted to take in as much as possible. This tour took us everywhere. Brandon was amazing. He knew all the right places to stand to get the best views. His knowledge of London was great and he was friendly and professional. Be prepared to walk but there are many stops along the way to rest. I highly recommend this if you have limited time, but want to see all the main sites.

A Truly Memorable Experience with the Best Tourguide!

Ive been on many tours before, but never one as excellent as this one! Mark was our tour guide and his knowledge of the area, the history and everything in between was outstanding. He was extremely engaging and made riding the tube an adventure! The sheer amount of coverage or top sights in the area was incredible! In 5 hours you’re able to visit so many of the monuments and important locations in the area and visit many different neighborhoods. Cannot recommend enough & would also recommend doing it at the start of your trip so then you know what areas you’d like to revisit or further explore! Cannot thank Mark enough for such a memorable part of our trip to London!
