Overview

You MUST have an International Driving Permit issued in the format of the 1949 Geneva Convention and driving license from your country of origin. EXCEPT for participants with licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco. In which case you will need a Japanese translation of your license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF/Online Application for Japanese Translation) and your own driving license. Failure to bring all required documents will result in cancellation of the tour without the possibility of a refund.

    You will pass by the Tsutenkaku Tower which is a 108-meter-high observation tower soaring over downtown Osaka's Naniwa Ward.

Highlights include the iconic Glico Man sign, Dotonbori's neon lights and street food, Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, and the historic Namba Yasaka Shrine. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, and unique shops, making it a must-visit spot in Osaka.

  • If your tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will be eligible for a full refund. Or you have the opportunity to reschedule depending on availability.
  • Due to the nature of operating mechanical parts, when we reach the maximum capacity of booking we may need to amend or adjust bookings depending on kart availability.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the correct/valid documents for driving in Japan, failure to do so will result in denial of participation without the possibility of a refund. The most exciting experience on the streets of Osaka

Our tour was so fantastic I told all my family and friends immediately. Will be a highlight of our amazing trip to this incredible country. Driving here wasn’t daunting at all with our experienced tour guide there to lead us. Best staff and tour hands down. Loved it so much! Thank you for the experience!

Awesome team. Awesome experience. 10/10. The staff was friendly and super nice. The karts were well taken care of and thrilling. I went at night. Less cars to get in your way and you get to see the city lit up.

So fun to drive around Osaka in a kart with a costume! The staff was great ensuring we were safe but still had a great time. Would definitely recommend Japankart!

What an absolutely amazing experience! The staff were super friendly, they had a good selection of jackets, onesies and accessories to wear at no extra charge. Driving the go karts amidst the busy Osaka traffic and beautiful city views was a buzz! O for Awesome! O for Osaka Japankarts!! ❤️

I have done go carts in Tokyo before but found Osaka a much better place to drive around. I was fortunate to be the only one that showed up at the right time. There was only myself and one cart with the lead driver and a car that followed. Great experience and felt totally safe the entire time.
