Aly is an exceptional guide, my friend and I booked Aly for a walking tour of Stone Town and were amazed by the depth of history in Stone Town and Aly’s knowledge. Aly was very good with answering any questions that we had and was very accommodating if we needed to slow down at all. We would definitely recommend Aly for any walking tours. We also booked Aly to take us on a day trip to prison island and the sand bar just off of Stone Town, as well as a tour of a spice farm and tour up to the north of the island to see how the local dhows (boats) are built and to feed to the turtles. Aly was also able to take us to the Airport when it was time for us to leave. Our experience with Aly was exceptional and would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Zanzibar.

This tour is the best way to get to know Stone Town. If you’re in Zanzibar, Ally is the best guy to walk you through! He’s very friendly and humble, making you feel “at home” in Zanzibar. I did this tour with my wife and Ally showed and explained us the main sights and also some great “hidden” spots around town. He also provided valuable recommendations and tips that make the experience of Zanzibar much greater! I definitely recommend this tour and if you want to get to know Zanzibar, Ally is your guy!
