Your local guide will take you to some of Lisbon’s most popular bars including the only bar in the city that serves a special local shot that you’ll get to try. In addition to a beer and shots you’ll also enjoy an amarguinha sour, a classic Portuguese long drink. We’ll end the tour in a club where you can dance the night away but if you’re still thirsty for more, you and your newfound friends can venture further into the Bairro Alto neighbourhood and continue the night.     You’ll meet your guide holding a black “Tipsy Tours” sign in the heart of Lisbon at this historical square. In Largo do Carmo you’ll learn about the city’s dark, saucy history before sipping on a refreshing drink to break the ice with your fellow travellers.

    Discover Lisbon’s party district and visit some of the city's most sought-after bars. In between drinks we’ll fill you in on the scandalous history of the former red light district and visit a statue that just might bring you some good luck.

Telma showed us around some of the best bars in town, we both had a really enjoyable night. Everyone in the group was friendly. Telma has a great way of breaking the ice and ensuring everyone was having a great time. Will definitely be using Tipsy Tour again.

Thelma was an amazing guide who made this food tour feel more like a fun night out with friends. Be prepared—this is a boozy tour! Nearly every stop featured a local drink paired with delicious food. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the sardines paired with Portugal's famous green wine. Just a heads up, it’s a seafood-heavy tour, so keep that in mind. Each stop had a unique atmosphere that gave us a true taste of Portugal. Thelma’s stories about the local traditions and rivalries—like the one between Ginja sellers—added a fun, personal touch to the experience. With plenty of food and drink, this tour was great value for money. I’d recommend it over a standard food tour any day for anyone looking for a lively, tipsy way to explore the local scene!

Absolutely loved the tour with Telma and the crew! We had an amazing time. The drinks were amazing. The vibe and energy was perfect. We walked around and learned the part of history that shed so much light on other places we had toured recently all the while cracking up at her stories. Would definitely do again!
