Great experience with Pedro. One of my favourite trip ever. Well organized and very comfortable. A lot of beautiful view point and great atmosphere. Pedro really cares about all details and he really understands needs of the tourists with the kids. He has also amazing knoledge about Algarve. Highly reccomended.
With respect and pleasure I recommend a tour with Pavel to everyone who knows the taste in travel. Pavel is very professional: the trip is perfectly organized, the tone of the walk is emotional, the tour is informative and Pavel is an excellent conversationalist. We had an unforgettable experience visiting the Douro Valley, and a boat tour in Pinhão was the highlight of our trip, it is an absolute must! I highly recommend DeltaTur for their exceptional service. A special shoutout to Liliana and to our captain, Rui, for making the trip even more memorable. The river cruise was absolutely amazing—the stunning views, relaxing music, and a few bottles of champagne to enjoy along the way. It was the perfect way to see the beauty of the valley. We were alone on this one! Lucia was our guide!!! She was Awesome again! We fully recommend Discover with us to anyone! Today we spent the day around Lisbon! We thought that it would be less walking and was the second longest of the three tours! I have pictures of the bridge from every angle which shows the ground we covered! Again Lucia was very knowledgeable as she was born and grown up here in Lisbon!!!
Excellent tour from a very knowledgeable guide who showed us the history and architecture of Tavira, pointing out buildings of note. We then were taken to Al Lagar where we were given a tour of the vine yard but also given an insight into Casa Santos Lima wines and then had a delightful wine tasting of three local wines. The tour ended with a drive through the historical centre. Well worth the money
I highly recommend this Sintra day tour with Andreia! It is the best way to see as many historic and beautiful sites in Sintra while getting a customized and personal experience along with Andreia’s knowledge of history along the way and at each site. We were able to see so much in one day including Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, and the whimsical and mysterious castle, Quinta da Regaleira. I recommend touring in the off season due to the fact there are so many less crowds and more time to see the sites. Our 2 teens loved exploring the secret tunnels and climbing to the top of each site for stunning views! We also enjoyed a delicious meal in historic Sintra at a family owned historic restaurant and stopped for some local handmade treats in downtown Sintra! Andreia took so many great family photos of us and she will do as much or as little as you want. We certainly seized the day in this customized day tour while learning all the complicated histories and mysteries in stunning Sintra!
An amazing experience we organised for our team. We hired the private 'Summer Blue' boat for 18 people and it exceeded our expectations. We had a welcome drink and could bring our own beverages and snacks which was a great plus. Thanks again to the team for a fantastic excursion!
We had nice walk around Ribeira Grande with Miguel - and I'd happily take a tour with Miguel again. He's knowledgeable and friendly. He walks fast, which I liked, and he did ask us to tell him if we wanted to go slower...so just tell him if he's going to fast. :-) He's a very nice person. He gave us good recommendations for other places to explore and if I was returning to the area, I'd look him up for future tours (especially, to explore nature around Nordeste - I suspect he'd be great for that, as he lives there and seems to love the peaceful outdoors).
This tour to Fátima was truly exceptional. From start to finish, everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the history and significance of Fátima, which added so much depth to our visit.
Best time ever, they looked after our diverse family. Professional chef, children, interested in different ways and husband who was keener on knowledge. A great experience because they both read the room really well and delivered accordingly. I cannot recommend enough- and go at the beginning of your trip to make the most of their incredible knowledge.
This Porto to Aveiro day trip was hands down the best city tour of my traveling adventures so far! At 53 countries and counting l’ve seen and heard the good, the bad and the ugly of tour guides. Joao and Andre are a dynamic duo of knowledge, wit and humor that made the hour drive to Aveiro a memorable learning experience. It’s very rare to interact with Europeans that understand, comprehend and give back American sarcasm, but these two are a true Class Act! I can’t wait for my next trip to Portugal to book with them again.
Manolo and his son who assisted him went to great lengths to give us a truly fabulous experience as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations. There was delicious chilled wine and snacks on board. We chose the sunset cruise and were not disappointed. On request, he let me take the helm for a while and taught me some basics of sailing which i enjoyed. . They were courteous, friendly and very professional. The trip was fabulous and I would strongly recommend it to anyone.
