Overview

This tour route will allow you to experience two famous royal landscapes in Beijing within a day, firstly, you will be guided to visit the world's largest royal sacrificial site, the Temple of Heaven in the morning which allows you to appreciate the stunning Chinese architectural art. when tour is over, you will offerd a short free time to relax and lunch. Overall great! Shannon was my tour guide and Helen was also on the tour. I liked that we started with the Temple of Heaven and then went to the Summer Palace. I do wish we would’ve ended by a subway stop, but I don’t know that it’s possible.

Best thing I've done in Beijing

This was my favourite tour in Beijing! Our guide Sean and his lovely helper Nathan were absolutely fantastic and took us to the temple of Heaven, telling us everything about it and answering any questions we had about the country in general. Sean had also previously got in touch via mobile messaging to confirm our meeting point for the tour and to help me navigate a couple more things during my stay in Beijing, which was very helpful too. After our visit and a lovely walk, we went out for lunch together and then Sean accompanied us to the Summer Palace, where our next tour was waiting for us with another lovely guide who took us around this huge complex. We had the best time, highly recommended!

We took this tour with Mubus and Jimmy. We learned a lot from his explanations and he was really kind and patient to answer a lot of questions. Both the Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace are really worth visiting

It was my and my sister’s first time visiting the Temple of Heaven and Summer Place, and we had an amazing experience, all thanks to our tour guide Lotus’s assistance, attention to detail, and extra thoughtfulness. Lotus was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She even went above and beyond by taking photos of us, organizing a delicious lunch where we indulged in delicious dumplings, and gave us a lovely Chinese trinket!
