We were fortunate to have Giulia for two tours (a two-hour orientation tour and a 3-hour Accademia/Uffizi guided tour) during our recent trip to Florence. Our family group (seven adults, two 14 year-olds and a 9 year-old) was absolutely thrilled. She very intentionally engaged with the children and her descriptions and narratives added immeasurably to our experience. She is obviously very knowledgeable about Florence and its history but is able to share it in an easily understood and entertaining way. By the end of our two days with Giulia we parted ways having learned much and feeling very much like we had made a good friend. We hope to have the opportunity someday to further explore this fascinating city with her guidance.
She was also very willing to share great recommendations with us for the best gelato places in Florence!
Without hesitation, we would recommend Giulia. There is no doubt that the memories we made on our family trip are much richer thanks to her.
