Fabulous experience

A different river Thames experience

My daughter and I were lucky to get on a boat on a fully booked 20th April day as someone cancelled the trip. Megan at the Westminster Pier office did a fantastic job arranging tit for us under time pressure going an extra mile to make it happen. Grateful to her and the boat crew Denis and Ed who made thus Easter Sunday a memorable adventure. The tour itself is a combination of a sightseeing at a good paste in the historical part of London and a roller coaster experience where boat speed limits permit free ride. Next time in London will definitely go on this tour with other family members. Needless to say that to enjoy it one needs to wear warm clothes this time of the year - it is windy when the boat goes at its full speed.

Heidi at the desk was amazing, one of the kids was anxious and she put him at ease. Trip was brilliant, kids had the best time and said it was the best part of their trip to London, it’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth it . 10/10
