    Board an open top bus tour to see some of London’s most famous sights all ready for Christmas. The London Eye’s glass pods will be lit up like fairy lights over the River Thames, with Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament towering over the city nearby. A perfect photo opportunity! Experience the excitement of London at night this Christmas Eve. The twinkling lights of London glow even brighter during December and this open top bus tour will take you right into the midst of the festivities on one of the most joyful days of the year! A live guide or multilingual audio guide will be on board the bus to tell you all about the parts of London the tour passes and share some fun facts. Sightseeing in London this Christmas has never been so stunning! Admission to London Eye is not included.

  • Westminster Abbey (Pass By)

    An essential addition to any visit to London and set in the heart of the city, Westminster Abbey is legendary and iconic. Boasting a rich history that spans over one thousand years, the site was originally occupied by Benedictine monks in the middle of the tenth century. The current gothic masterpiece has stood there for about 700 years. The imperious gothic master work is truly breathtaking and the intricate stained glass is some of the most beautiful in the UK.

  • London Eye (Pass By)

    Also known as the Millennium Wheel, London Eye is one of the largest Ferris wheel in Europe and one of the most popular attractions in the UK. You will see the London Eye from the open top bus, admission to the attraction is not included. The iconic London Eye offers breathtaking views of London from high above the River Thames.

  • Please Note: This is not a Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour and customers will need to remain on the bus for the duration of the tour
  • Children aged 0 to 4 years travel free of charge but will not occupy a seat. If you would like your infant to be seated, please purchase a child seat for them.
  • The tour itinerary and order may change. There will be no breaks during the tour. No restroom available on board.
  • Dates of operations subject to change as Christmas Lights in London are still to be confirmed.
  • No food will be provided on this tour
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry onto the bus.
  • Please arrive 15min prior to your departure time to allow time for boarding.
  • Traffic can be heavy in London around Christmas time. We try to keep you on the move and see as many lights as possible. Therefore, the route may alter slightly on certain days. On days when traffic is light, the tour may only take 60 to 70 mins. 
  • Buses will be cleaned thoroughly after every tour.
  • **You can cancel your reservation for this product up to 48 hours before departure and get a refund in full.

Emma is the best

This tour was great and having Emma as our guide was the best. Don't bother with the audio plug in thing unless you are not an English speaker - listening to Emma is much, much better. In addition to the general tour stuff, she will let you know when the best photo ops are about to happen and share some of her own family history.

Nice intro to the lights around London

Nice way to quickly orient yourself around the city and the lights! However, there are definitely some lights that you can't see on the buses, and you are better off walking around to see them all. I went on the bus, and then went for a wander afterwards. Definitely gave a great view of the angels. Positively, the buses only put people on the upper decks (which was great from a view perspective). Not bad, but an FYI that that the buses did not leave at the set times I had booked. You will get on a bus, but they just have everyone queue and you get on the next bus that arrives. In fact, I left a few minutes before my set time (important to keep in mind if you are meeting others in a group).
