London Eye Birthday Celebration- Champagne Experience- March 2025

I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff- inside and out did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. I did the Champagne experience for my birthday, Modesta was my guide. She did a wonderful presentation! Extremely friendly. I was nervous and she made me feel safe. The capsule did not rock back and forth (I was so nervous that it would), I thought 30 minutes would feel like a life time- time flew by and I did not want the experience to end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ask for Modesta.

The Eye with Wil

Our experience was Excellent ! Our guide, Wil, was charming, funny, and informative. He also took some photos of us at the top of the Eye, and they have to be some of the best pictures we have from our trip! So, I guess Wil is artistic, too. The champaign was tasty and refreshing ... the pod was comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a better afternoon excursion.

From assistant Olajei (may have his name spelt wrong) at the self service booth to the lovely girl working in the Sky Lounge who took our photo to Daniel our guide on our experience we had such an incredible time celebrating my birthday. The sun was just fading so got some fabulous photos.

What terrific service. Sophie -Jo, Daniel and Alistair couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful when I encountered a small problem at the desk today. They certainly gave me confidence to use them again!
