Take a step back in time at the thrilling Warwick Castle, visit the charming hometown of one of Britain’s most iconic playwrights and wander through the lovely streets of Oxford! Your coach will be departing from Victoria, central London at 8:30am sharp – make sure you are there at least 30 minutes before to check in and prepare for your Great British adventure!

    The first stop of the day will be Warwick Castle, a striking place brimming with history and activities. Originally built by William the Conqueror in 1068, this castle is now a highly interactive venue that’s great for all ages. Wander through the beautiful Great Hall and State Rooms, spot peacocks in the landscaped gardens and explore the castle’s towers and ramparts. Meet and greet experience as they arrive at Warwick Castle by a special medieval host as well as an introduction to the spectacular castle.

    Your coach will be driving through the beautiful Cotswolds – be prepared for picture-ready views of this breath-taking part of the English countryside! This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road and is 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.

WORTH THE LONG DAY!

Our tour started from London on a Coach, we had paid a little extra for front row seats and it was a great idea, the views were really good. Warwick Castle was our first stop, it is amazing and we had enough time to visit, take pictures and relac a little bit, before proceeding to Shakespeare birthplace while passing by The Cotswolds (will need to come back for a proper visit). Stratford-upon-Avon is a small town worth visiting to learn all about Shakespeare, before proceeding to Oxford for a walking tour. Afterwards, we decided to spend more time at Oxford, have an excellent meal to celebrate one of our kids on his birthday and take a train back to London.

Our tour guide was David. He was great, made a point of finding what everyone's goals/interests were for the trip. Took time to talk with each passenger. Informative commentary whilst transiting between sites. Checked with each of us before end of tour to ensure we were confident travelling back to our accommodation The locations were great, Warwick Castle was a highlight, beautiful castle and grounds the Kingmaker experience was amazing! Seeing Shakespeare 's childhood home was incredible, and the drive through the Cotswolds was lovely, with David explaining what we were seeing and telling interesting tales about the area. Oxford had amazing buildings and stories around each corner. I was so happy I chose this tour, we saw so much in a day.
