Overview

An essential part of any visit to Ireland, this tour circles the magnificent MacGillycuddy Reeks, running through its many passes and valleys along the shore of Dingle Bay and Kenmare Bay. There is also a stop at Kells Sheep Dog Show which you pay E 8 per person cash if you wish to see the show. Your Driver/Guide is one of the locals and Highly Rated Driver/Guide.

  • Clients are requested to check into the office at Deros Tours,22 Main Street,Killarney thirty minutes prior to departure.
  • For health & safety reasons no hot drinks or food are allowed on the coach.
  • Deros Tours reserve the right to cancel tours if insufficient numbers book.
  • Size of vehicle depends on numbers of passengers booked and varies from all sized vehicles.
  • Comfort stops are at The Bog Village when available and Sneem otherwise there will be alternate arrangements made for comfort stops.
  • The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the driver due to weather or parking availability on the day.
  • When a sufficient number of customers are not reached (only during the off season), we will make every effort to accommodate them, which may result in a tour with another touring company.
  • Priority seats (first four rows) can be reserved in advance, and the fee of E 8 per person can be paid directly at the office before the tour begins.

Relaxing day in the Ring of Kerry

Batt was an amazing tour guide with the knowledge or the area and a sang a few songs for us. We spent just enough time at each spot and it was a relaxing way to see the Ring of Kerry.

We had a wonderful tour! Our driver/guide Michael was very knowledgeable and experienced! Would recommend this for anyone who wants to see all of the highlights and not have the worry of driving.

Deros Tours made booking our Ring of Kerry tour easy. Our driver/tour guide Bat was wonderful. He gave insightful history, personal history of the area. Being local to the area he knew a lot to point out and tell us about. Wonderful man. At some point during our tour my husband's ipod slipped out of our bag without our notice. When called the next day Deros was able to quickly check the bus and locate the ipod. Device was returned to us promptly. We would recommend this company to everyone. If your lucky you'll get Bat as your guide also. Fantastic customer service and hospitality.

In our opinion, this tour was one of the best experiences during our two-day visit to Killarney. The decision to upgrade our bus seats to the front for an additional 8 Euros per person was well worth it. For those interested in exploring the Ring of Kerry, we highly recommend this tour for its exceptional views with the best driver Denis!
