Fez is a brilliantly intelligent and good-humoured guide, with a deep knowledge of the history of the city, its religious practices and its busy streets.
He shares this with a well-judged level of playfulness and interaction as well as deep respect for the city. His pre-tour communication is excellent - and recommendations he suggested for us for further exploration were sent promptly after the tour, with additional prompts about Indian cinema, another passion of his.
The street food element was a joy; believe Fez when he suggests you will not need supper afterwards. We would not have experienced this aspect of the city without him.
