Everything about this tour was efficient and pleasurable. We packed a lot in with 3 stops, 2 major ones being Mostar and The Falls. Ivanka, our tour guide, was exuberant, knowledgable and very efficient. The meeting place in Split was easy to find. The bus was very comfortable. The driver was careful and always on time. He should get a lot of credit as well. There were sufficient toilet stops. Ivanka was great at explaining what our plan was, how much time we had, where to meet and full of suggestions on where to go, see, eat on the trip as well as open to any questions about the area afterwards.
