In the morning, skip the line and enter the Forbidden City with the tickets that has been booked beforehand. Then visit the Mutianyu Great Wall in the afternoon to avoid the heavy crowds. Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang)
In the morning, your professional guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby, and then a comfortable and capacious chauffeur-driven van will transfer you to Tiananmen Square. Follow your guide to take a morning walk around this city square, and you can shoot distant view photos of the brilliant landmark buildings such as the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People and the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
Walk through the Gate of Heavenly Peace with the great Chairman Mao's portrait on it; you come to this morning's highlight - the 600-year-old Forbidden City - the largest and the most intact imperial palace complex of the Ming and Qing Courts (1368 - 1911 AD).
The majestic Forbidden City has 9,999 rooms! Which are the most essential and interesting parts? The veteran itinerary designer carefully selects the top 10 palaces for you, including major ones on the traditional central axis, and some special chambers on the east and west wings.
Note: Since the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays, this tour designer carefully choose the Summer Palace instead of Tiananmen Square & the Forbidden City if your travel date happens to meet Monday. While Beijing is really a very large city, to ensure the morning pick-up going smoothly as scheduled, we suggest you choose centrally located downtown hotels. If the location of your hotel is beyond our free pick-up range, you may need to pay for extra mile transfers or get to an appointed meeting point. For any pick-up issues, your one-on-one travel consultant is ready to help anytime.

I booked less than 24 hours ahead and communication and customer service were both excellent. I was picked up from my hotel to meet the group on the minibus. Our guide Kevin was knowledgeable and friendly, and our group had a good dynamic. I think everybody had a great time! I believe you can book with this tour company with confidence.

This was an amazing tour to forbidden city and Great Wall! Rocky was such a delight as a guide! So helpful, friendly and informative . He told great facts and info about all the places we went . He also was so friendly , made sure no one got lost in the group & took so many great pictures! The Great Wall stunning l. Def recommend doing this tour and ask for Rocky !

the whole being was well organized. Guide Berry was well prepared. He explained everything to us and answered our questions. If we wanted a small stop, coffee, tea, toilet, he always accommodated us. The big advantage was the group, we made friends immediately and the whole day was very fun.

What a fantastic day, Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City and The Great Wall. All three were more than we had hoped for but made all the better having Bruce as our guide.
Bruce gave us all the historical facts but with some fun as well, he was excellent.
The booking process was smooth and Bruce called us the evening before to confirm the meeting time.
