Take your time on your own guided tour to explore some of Skye’s most dramatic scenery this tour visits some of the most iconic areas of the isle and destinations may change depending on the weather on the day . The tour is for the south part of the Isle of Skye this would include the Sligachan and kilt rock to finish This tour has a minimum a maximum of 4 passengers and only collects from Inverness This tour is not possible from Edinburgh Glasgow or invergordon port

  • Urquhart Castle

    10 minute stop for photos

    10 minutes

  • Invermoriston Falls

    Fantastic highland scenery before heading to Skye

    15 minutes

  • Eilean Donan Castle

    With 30 minutes here to take photos and enjoy the exterior of the castle

    30 minutes

  • Sligachan Old Bridge

    From here you will have views of the cuillin mountains of Skye and see the waters of the sligachan from the old bridge Hear the myths of how to stay young at this amazing view point

    15 minutes

  • Talisker Distillery

    You have a chance to try some of the isles finest whisky produced right here at talisker and maybe even buy a bottle

    30 minutes

  • The Old Man of Storr (Pass By)

    Passing the old man for views and photos on route to kilt rock

  • Kilt Rock

    Your final main stop of this tour to view kilt rock and mealt falls

    15 minutes

  • Portree Harbour (Pass By)

    We will slow down as we ride through portree for views and pictures of the harbour houses which make the perfect postcard picture

Great time even in the wind and rain!

Our guide and driver, Andy, was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our day to The Isle of Skye with him. It was just the 2 of us plus our guide. Originally it was going to be 3 of us but one of our group members wasn't feeling well. We had originally booked this tour because our friend hadn't see that part of Scotland before. So, when he couldn't go, Andy suggested we switch things up on our stops since my husband and I had been to the isle before. We had a great day and we found Andy to be very personalable, social, and professional. Even though the weather was unpredictable at times, we still had a good time. **Be sure to take a rain jacket regardless of what you think the weather says. The weather on the isle is likely to be totally different from the city. ***Also plan on a full 10hr day.
