We like, actually love, our whisky, so we were very excited to learn a bit of history about Irish whisky on our short trip to Dublin. The trip is divided into 4 decorated rooms to assist in the telling of its origins, how it is produced, its place in the world amongst other countries and competition between the distilleries, all with an overview of added info about Ireland. Our guide Matt was personable and engaging and the blending experience was fun. We made sure to enjoy it on our hotel terrace on our last night, as a perfect send off to our time in Dublin.

Such a fun experience thanks to our guide, Daniel. He has alot of knowledge about whiskey and the Irish history. Perfect comedic timing which makes everything a lot better. Slàinte Mhath!
