Overview

This is an 8 kilometer E-biking ride that visits famous attractions as well as hidden gems in Kyoto such as the Kinkakuji, Daitokuji Temple Complex in order to visit the Koto-in and Zuiho-in, Imamiyajinja and the Kitanotenmangu Temple.

What better tour guide...

What better tour guide than a teacher. Michael was welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He took us to places we never would have gone on our own and talked about Japanese history and culture in an approachable and memorable way. We would highly recommend this tour, especially Michael to anyone looking to explore Kyoto.

Our guide Yta told us very interesting stories about Kyoto, geisha's, Temples and shrines, Boeddhisme and Shinto, and local people. And almost convinced the complete group to become Zen. A laugh was always nearby. Recommended.

Great experience through Kyoto with our guide Yuta. He was amazing and explained the sights very clearly. He even had some unexpected thought provoking insight around Zen Buddhism that was appreciated.

This was one of the best bike tours we’ve been on. The bikes were comfortable and the bike ride was a great mix of sites and riding in nature. Shawn was a terrific guide, so personable and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question we asked that he couldn’t answer. Impressive! Would definitely recommend the tour for all ages.

Despite the rain, this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Mike was a brilliant tour guide, who was fun, friendly and engaging when showing us the beautiful sites of Kyoto. We recommend this tour to anyone as you will see lots of great sites and the ride is comfy (as the bikes are electric).
