Our food tour through Osaka was an absolute pleasure! Mayco was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. The bikes provided were top notch and my wife and I had a blast!

What an exceptional tour with Matt and Cycle Osaka! I wanted to experience different areas of Osaka and gain insights into its unique culture and incredible food. This almost 4 hour tour tour exceeded my expectations. The Cycle Osaka shop, not far from Osaka castle, was easy to find, clean, and well-organized. Our bikes were lined up outside according to our size, were in great shape, and were ready to before the official start time. Our tour guide Matt (a 20+ year resident of Osaka) was knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic, and fun to ride with. He kept a smooth and easy pace, gave us clear instructions on how to ride with pedestrian, bike, and city traffic, and always made sure that we were safe and together. Matt shared a tremendous amount of information regarding the food scene in Osaka, including its Asian and western influences and he took us to places he knew well and which told different stories about cuisine in the city. We visited small restaurants and alleyway shops with our final stop being a wonderful small café, run by a woman out of her home. It could not have been more local or personal than that! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who desires to see a city in a new way and enjoy local cuisine while doing it. Great job Matt and Cycle Osaka. Thanks for a great day in the city!

This was a great decision! Eric was phenomenal. Super nice and knowledgeable about Osaka history and culture. I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to experience the local food and have an easy bike ride around the area.
