Overview

The experience of your guide will give you unforgettable moments with this half-day excursion. Comfortably installed in our van, your guide will take you to the heart of the Marne Valley vineyards. Nestled in the middle of the hillsides, it will take you on a tour of a family estate which will be followed by tasting of 3 different champagne. You will be in total immersion in the vineyard where all your senses will be awakened. Enjoy the countryside in a friendly and warm area.

    Pick up in front of the entrance of Epernay Tourist Office. Then, heading towards the family Estate House Champagne Munoz Bruneau.

    Munoz Bruneau is a Family Estate located in the heart of the Marne Valley vineyard where you can discover the facilities and understand how champagne is made. The visit will be followed by a tasting of 3 champagne.

  • Hautvillers

    Leaving the family Estate, you will enjoy the hillsides along the Marne to reach Hautvillers, the cradle of champagne. Village overlooking the Marne River and the vineyard. On the way, you will cross villages: Damery and Cumières.

  • Hautvillers

    Hautvillers was the home of the famous Dom Perignon, a Benedictine monk whose work in wine-making helped to develop champagne. The village of Hautvillers is registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List Photo stop at the viewpoints overlooking the Marne and Epernay.

    Back to Epernay Tourist Office. We will cross the town of Epernay.

One of the best tours I have ever been on.

Ghislain was a fantastic tour guide, he actually went out his way to pick me up earlier than the tour started as my train got in earlier (something he did not need to do) he then proceeded to show me the most amazing places in champagne! He gave an amazing authentic tours showing the best parts, I do believe that this tour is a must if you visit champagne. The depth of information and the tour itself is more than you would get at any of the big tours. He is very accommodating to your needs and explains things well, which I found helpful as I have actually left the tour remembering almost everything I was taught! Thank you so much and see you in the Spring!!!

This was the highlight of our trip to Épernay. Ghislain is a fantastic guide with so much knowledge and passion about Champagne! Finishing up at a beautiful winery with delightful champagne was such a treat. We couldn’t recommend this tour enough - a must do when in Épernay!
