Join one of our Local Foodie's who will take you on a culinary journey of the city. Try authentic Belgian food like a Flemish stew cooked in Belgian beer and Belgian frites - don’t ever mention French fries! Sample from local family owned brasseries or hole in the wall restaurants that serve real Belgian food. Pick up some street eats on the way too, since it would be a crime to miss out on Belgian waffles. Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

A Culinary Adventure Through Brussels with Greg

This food tour is a great way to experience Brussels through the food. Our guide, Asefeh, took us to the best places and told us which one to pass on. Are you the type that gets stressed out picking places to eat? If so, these guides will make sure you don’t fall for the tourist traps. Seating is always limited so it’s always a good idea to hold down a table while your guide takes care of the rest. Asefeh also gave us great information about the city and the historical facts about things we passed. 10 out of 10!

Bruno was our guide for a private tour for my family of 5 including my 6 y/o daughter and he was amazing!!! he contacted me several days prior to tour to ask about our food likes/dislikes which was great since several members do not like seafood, then customized the stops accordingly…… we had so many delicious authentic Belgium foods and beers, even my daughter loved it!!!! He was so knowledgeable as we walked, we learned so much about history of Brussels. Would definitely recommend this tour highly!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Eat Like a Local in Brussels tour. Our tour guide Michael was amiable and knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to tailor the tour for us, even changing it on the fly based on comments we made on the tour. He provided helpful recommendations to avoid the more 'touristy' spots and truly eat like a local. He also provided a lot of interesting facts and information about Brussels and Belgium beyond just the food. A great introduction to Brussels.
