Overview

Our Bruges Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups around the old town. The tourist is guided by a Local Expert able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities. Our tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Belgian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. Have a full meal in at least 4 stops: you will get the chance to try some of the most iconic Belgian dishes, such as croquettes, carbonade flamande and, of course, belgian chocolate and beer!

Exceptional evening of food, drinks, and history

The one-on-one aspect of this food and drink made it so special. Xavier was so knowledgeable about Brugge and Belgium, and took us to places for excellent food and drinks that we would have otherwise missed. A wonderful evening!!

We spent a nice evening with Daniel Lois in Bruges. He introduced us to several local foods — of course chocolate, beer, croquettes, beef stew, waffles — all delicious and in local top restaurants. Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave us many great tips in addition to the food experiences. Daniel is a fun and resourceful guide, whom we are pleased to recommend.

My friends and I did this food and beverage tour with Daniel. He is an excellent guide. He texted us the day before with details about where we would meet and also what he would be wearing. It made it easy to spot him. He gave interesting historical details and pointed things out along the way. We tasted Cuberdons, beers, waffles, chocolate, croquettes and Flemish stew. The foods were excellent and so were the views. Daniel is easy to chat with and I highly recommend this tour to other travelers.
