Great experience climbing section of the wall even though it was a misty day. When visibility improved we could see whole valley section between watchtowers. Our guide Susan Shan really helped make the experience great and we climbed as far as we wanted. Tour had been upgraded from small group to a private tour so we travelled by car. Thanks for explaining everything on the journal Susan. Would recommend this company.

Had the most wonderful experience at the amazing Mutianyu part of the Great Wall. Our guide Sherry along with our driver were very attentive, they drove us to get JianBiang for our breakfast before the tour started, it was very delicious! I would highly recommend Mutianyu, this was part of the Great Wall that we researched this area being supposedly more quieter with a lot less people. When we got there, we were amazed how true this was and had the greatest day. After this, we were taken to a local restaurant where we had some very delicious food. My husband and I both love spicy food and Sherry was very accommodating and made sure she ordered dishes we would like! All in all, it was a great day and the weather was perfect too!

Was an amazing experience, Susan was a great guide, the driver a great guy too, very friendly people, help us in all the adventure, show us the better of the great wall give us a greats tips to enjoy our visit and to enjoy the rest of the Beijing visit, thanks a lot and for sure very recommended to all!!!!

Brilliant tour! Barry was great - great fun to be with and knowledgeable . The wall was incredible- very busy and hot! One area of caution is to take care when visiting a tea ceremony in the tourist area - very easy to be charged a fortune! Overall we really enjoyed the tour.

My son and I had a great experience with our private tour guide Anson at the Great Wall and Summer Palace. Anson knows the history of China, both past and present well, is a fun communicator, and was very flexible with us. Anson reached out the night before to arrange pick up and even suggested an early start due to the hot weather. We had high expectations to do real hiking of the Great Wall which Anson was willing to do but he warned us it was way steeper than we imagined - and he was so right! He patiently waited while we tried to master the Wall, but his guide experience was absolutely right. And, he offered a fun way to do the Wall with a ski lift and toboggan instead of a cable car. Great day! We would definitely recommend using the company.
