Will never forget!!

Our guide Erick was great, very knowledgeable and willing to make our day a great one. Once we have arrived at Tortuguero, the guide from the canoe, took us around the lagoon seeking for animals and explained us many things. After lunch we were able to swim for a little bit in the caribean sea on the other skde of Tortuguero town. I would certainly recommend this tour!!

We enjoyed this tour. It’s definitely not for someone with physical limitations as you are part of the crew rowing the canoe. We saw a lot of wildlife in the National park (turtles, monkeys, snakes, herons, Tucan, crocodiles, caiman, bats, fish, iguanas) to name a few things we saw. Tour was like Disneylands riverboat cruise on steroids. It’s a long day from San Jose so prepare accordingly. I felt like I was part of the rainforest on this tour which is what I was looking for.
