Premium food and wine experience. Enjoy a personalised small group tour. This is a Tamborine Mountain tour like no other. Experience Tamborine through the eyes of a local with a guided walk through the rainforest, taste locally grown produce at lunch and try the region's best coffees and artisan spirits. Meet passionate local producers, buy handmade art and crafts then take in the waterfalls and lookouts of the Gold Coast's most famous mountain top village. Whilst on the tour our guide will tell the stories of the local people, history of the region, show you their favourite spots and share their knowledge on the rainforest’s unique flora and fauna.

    Visit a variety of mountain top producers, explore Gallery Walk, Tamborine's Arts and Crafts center. Guided Rainforest walk to waterfall. Views over the Gold Coast.

  • Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any section of the itinerary which may result from road closures, weather, suppliers or any other condition of an operational nature.
  • Alternate vehicles may be used in the event that a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable.
  • Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise.

Local guide, excellent area to visit.

The tour was excellent with our very knowledgeable guide Daniel. He took the time to talk to us and tailored the tour to our specific interests. His local knowledge meant he stopped at lookout spots others don’t know and we got some fantastic photos. We were particularly lucky to be one of two couples on the tour so it felt very intimate and happily we all got along. The coffee plantation is very interesting, the winery and lunch excellent and the two distilleries we visited were great.

Enjoyed a good variety of activities with our great driver/guide Bill. The easy trek in the forest to visit Curtis Falls was made all the more interesting because of Bill’s extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna.

Bill is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the area. The coffee plantation tour was extremely interesting. We enjoyed the lunch with food grown locally. Good tour.

I enjoyed the whole lot, but I do love waterfalls and really liked the waterfall. The driver was on time for pick up and was a very nice man. He took us to a beautiful lookout as well and you could see Brisbane in the far distance and from a certain angle you could also see the top of the Q1 building .
