Overview

This 7-hour tour around Kathmandu Valley will be as equally interesting as academic in understanding the everyday routine of the Nepalese people, molded by ancient religion and moral social values. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples in the world; Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist shrines in the world; and Patan Durbar Square, a perfect living example of co-existence of Buddhism and Hinduism in a country from the medieval age. All of the sites on this tour share the privilege of being UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Your tour of the Kathmandu Valley begins and ends at Lal Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.

Best way to know and understand the Nepal!

We spent three days in Kathmandu and we enjoyed it very much. All days were amazing! Excellent organization from Royal Mountain Travel. We learnt so much new information from our guide Mr. Shyamu! Excellent professional and better person. The car was very nice, comfortable and very clean with the safe and careful driving of Mrs. Usha. WE will come back for sure. Thanks!

We had a lovely experience visiting the temples while our guide, Puspa, was explaining all about Nepal and Nepalese culture.

Puspa told us so many details about her culture and religion. We had the feeling we saw all the places you should see as a tourist. Of course she brought us to tourist places for lunch, because she got free lunch there, but we had good food and weren’t poisoned so all fine. Puspa answered all our questions, we also had private talks about our family lives. All in all we had two great days!
