Brilliant - recommended

Brilliant day out to sovereign hill and a drive around Ballarat . Small group in a mini bus with our guide Gary who loved the day as much as us. The queue on arrival was enormous, but we jumped straight to the front with our guide. The underground mine tour was amazing and we learnt all about the history of the gold rush. We had an hour free time at lunch to explore. Must do activity for all ages if you are staying in Melbourne.

What a wonderful trip! Our lovely guide,Gary, could not have been more friendly and helpful in making sure our day was memorable. Sovereign Hill was worth the trip and the volunteers simply amazing and stayed in character. The underground tour was fascinating and the volunteer very knowledgeable! The trip was lovely with Gary giving information and a little drive through Ballarat also. Would highly recommend this trip and company!

Tour guide Darren was so nice to show us around and he actually remembers our name and will check on us if having a good time. the Guide fom Sovereign Hill Debbie was also so professional that she told us so many fun facts about the past gold mining experience. The whole tour was so interesting and educational with a unique experience in learning about gold mining in the past.
