Overview

While spending your vacations in Sorrento or Naples, do not miss a full day tour to Capri. With the help of a local English-speaking guide, you will visit some of the main highlights of Capri in just one day. Once arrived to Capri by ferry you will see the authentic life of the island. Start by riding the Mamma Mia road, along the cliff. An experience for the brave ones! Reach the Blue Grotto by minibus or by boat if weather permits you will go inside to marvel at the glowing shade of blue of the sea. Next you will go up to Anacapri, the highest town of the island. Here you can spend some leisure time shopping or eating a gelato. If you want you can go up to Monte Solaro by chairlift and marvel at a view of the Bay of Naples from the highest point of Capri! Stop by the Piazzetta of Capri, the main square and shop in the luxurious shops. An overwhelming day you won’t regret experiencing!

  • Capri (Pass By)

    Capri is the name of the island and of the main town. Here you can visit the main square called Piazzetta and stroll along the alleyways full of high end brand shops.

  • Blue Grotto

    The Blue Grotto is a cave with a very small entrance, and depending on the weather and the sea tide, you can go inside with a small boat. Once inside you can marvel at the light blue colour of the water. The cave is open only in good sea conditions, if the Grotto is closed, you will do a shared boat ride around the island

    Anacapri is another town of Capri. It is located on the highest side of the island, from where you can marvel at stunning views of the Bay of Naples, Ischia, Procida and Mount Vesuvius. Here you can find many restaurants and less expensive shops.

  • Via Camerelle (Pass By)

    Via Camerelle is the main street of Capri where you can find luxurious shops of the best high end brands.

  • Piazetta di Capri (Pass By)

    The main square of Capri is also known as Piazzetta, literally small square, because it is a small space full of cafés and restaurants where locals and tourists like to spend their spare time.

This was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever done together. Not only was Angela and Luigi welcoming as if we were their own family, but the hospitality and service provided to us was exceptional. Don’t even bother looking at other tours. This is hands-down, the best one out there.

The time spent in the town was great! The tour around the island was beautiful. We were sad we didn’t get to do the Blue Grotto because of weather conditions.

Fantastic tour!!!! If I could give our guide Alberto 15 stars I would!!!! He took pictures all day of the group shared them with us on the ferry home. He was like a mother hen making sure everyone was safe happy and having a wonderful time!!!!

First and foremost, our tour guide, Michele, we would like to say thank you! Without him, we would not have been able to do the main things that we visited Capri to do-Go in the Blue Grotto, Ride the chairlift to the top and have a nice lunch. He was always ahead of the game in getting us on and off the ferries and busses so that we could get through the crowds efficiently. It seemed that he had wonderful connections with everyone on the island so that he could make special arrangements and accommodate us under the crowded circumstances. Thanks to Michele's strong determination and efforts all day long to make us happy, we did everything we wanted to do on the island during the tour. Without Michele's support, no doubt...we could not even do half of what we did on that day! Gracie Michele!
