Overview

San Sebastian has a large network of bike lanes. We have decided to take advantage of them and take you to explore the different districts of the city to see how we, the “donostiarras”, live our day to day life and show you the nicest corners. Discover the most authentic neighbourhoods of the city thanks to our Orbea electric bikes. Visit places of interest in the districts that are further away from the touristic areas of the city. Choose the tour that adapts better to your schedule, in the morning or in the afternoon. The small size of the group makes the experience more comfortable and safe. All of our guides are English speaking locals that love and enjoy the city.

Itinerary

  • La Concha Beach

    We stop by the famous Bay of La Concha, to take photos but also to talk about what we see.

  • Miramar Palace

    We visit a little bit of the gardens of this palace, a beatiful building with amazing views.

  • Monte Igueldo

    After an easy climb thanks to the electric bikes, we take a rest with the best views of the city.

  • Campus de Ibaeta UPV/EHU

    We cross one of the nicest neighbourhoods in the city, El Antiguo, to go to the university campus, the westernmost part of San Sebastian.

  • Anoeta Stadium

    From the west to the south, we stop by the Reale Arena, formerly Anoeta, to talk about football and other sports.

  • Rio Urumea (Pass By)

    We ride by the river and cross it through one of the many bridges in San Sebastian so we can visit the other side of the city.

  • Zurriola Beach

    Our last stop is by another beach, La Zurriola, known for its waves, so it's always full of surfers.

Great tour!

We loved the tour, the cycling was not difficult and the scenery was incredible. Our guide was great, funny and his English was totally fluent. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the city.

An excellent eBike tour of San Sebastián.

Alba gave us an excellent tour of San Sebastián yesterday. We covered quite a distance seeing many parts of the City and only one very short and minor hill! Alba was clearly committed to giving us a comprehensive tour and unsurprisingly is very proud of her home city. She explained carefully how the e-bikes operated and led us through the traffic skilfully, the bike lanes were a real boon. She was very well informed and understood well the interactions of the adjacent countries and explained the history of that. She spoke beautiful English and had lovely gentle humour! Thank you. By the way the bikes were excellent too, effortless!

The ride had amazing views and we saw so much of the area. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had fun. It was not a hard ride. Great way to see San Sebastián.

Loved it! We only had one day in Donostia San Sebastian, so we wanted to maximize our time, and this tour was a wonderful, efficient, easy way to get a sense of the city as well as some cultural and historical context -- including off-the-beaten-tourist-path spots in residential neighborhoods where we could simply get a taste of normal daily life. The e-bikes were really easy to handle, and they made the hills a breeze. The city is fabulously bike-friendly, with excellent bike trails throughout. Strong recommend! It would be especially perfect for your first (or in our case, only) day in the city, as it helps situate you in its geography.
