Very comfortable @ slow ride. 1st stop was at Volcanos i advise suitable footwear trainers & shorts or properly dressed wth plenty of water in heat. You can easily do this at your own pace or with your group wthin an hour. It is all up hill though. The 2nd stop was Volcanic Spring waters. My husband jumped in, you have to ask for a woggle & are guided in & are not allowed to dive in. Me & my children watched & enjoyed view. You are allowed 30 mins & it goes very quick by the time the whole group jumps in & gets back in. Definatly worth the visit & money.
