You will be impressed by the elegant architecture together with the brightly-painted oriel windows and sophisticated Rococo design. Wander around the lovely Old Town free of traffic, where numerous cosy tea shops, shoe stores, perfumeries and petite coffee houses.

    Next, a process to the small town of Appenzell, which is well known as the most traditional region of Switzerland. This is the perfect place for an unhurried walk through the streets full of chalets with aesthetically pleasing decorated facades and shops that sell local products. Visit the Appenzell Museum, which is located in the Townhall - strongly reflecting cultural and religious traditions.

Private transfer for and from Zurich airport.

Zafar and Payam were our drivers to and from the airport, and their service was professional and outstanding. They were knowledgeable about the surroundings and gave us helpful insight about our trip.

A fabulous trip with an exceptionally excellent guide.

Like all of our trips, we wanted to both experience local and learn much. Our guide, Paul, is exceptionally good and amazingly knowledgeable. He made the entire trip informative, interesting and fun. We saw everything we wanted to see plus a lot more as he guided us to things we would not have seen by ourselves or with a large group. Further, he was entirely flexible on both time and itinerary allowing us to take a short side trip to Lichtenstein, about which he is equally knowledgeable. The trip and sights by themselves are spectacular but having Paul as our guide made the entire experience absolutely perfect.
