Duolun Road, previously known as Darroch Road after a British missionary, is a tiny part of Shanghai that will transport you to a bygone era when Chinese literati and social elites were fashionable and making waves in the country's fabric in their many ways. This is a pedestrian street today and was home to many famous writers, artists, poets and social workersthrough the 1900s. The likes of Ding Ling, Rou Shi, Mao Dun and many others lived in different parts of this street and area. Hong De Tang Church This church is a grand structure on this street. The park is renamed because of the Luxun Memorial Hall and Luxun Tomb. The area Luxun Tomb is about 1600 square meters. There are words written by Mao Zedong on the tombstone: the tomb of Luxun. Shanghai Old Street, historically called Miaoqian Dajie, is an old business street that has a combination of tourist attractions, shops, entertainment and cultural exhibits. It owes its special social attractions and rich commercial background to the fact that the earliest bank, gold shop, jeweler's store, wine shop and tea house of the city were all to be found here. Visiting the old alleys of Shanghai is a great way to discover the traditional culture of this city and experience the real life of the Shanghainese. We can walk to the Zigzag Nine Bend Bridge. Chinese people believe that the number nine symbolizes auspiciousness. Walking across the Bridge is said to bring people good luck. The Bridge leads to Mid-Lake Pavilion Teahouse, which is the oldest teahouse in Shanghai. Back to hotel after all the activities listed in the itinerary and end of the service.
