The day before your Dunedin day tour, we will confirm your pick-up time based on the cruise arrival schedule provided by the port authorities. Please note that this time may differ from the one provided at the time of booking, as the initial time is for reference only and not ... the actual pick-up time. We will share the driver-guide's personal information, contact details, and confirmed pick-up time with you via the platform. If needed, you can communicate directly with our driver-guide through text, phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure smooth arrangements. On the day of the tour, your driver-guide will be waiting for you at Port Chalmers terminal, holding a whiteboard with your name on it for easy identification.
