The guide and the driver welcomed us at the airport, they were kind and friendly, the guide immediately asked us which areas we would prefer to see and gave us some advice.
Booking this tour allowed us to visit some points of interest in the city of Hangzhou without having to worry about things like transportation, internet connection and knowledge of the local language.
I'm sorry that we had only a few hours and that we weren't able to visit all the stops on the tour, so in case you only have a few hours during the day and you're not interested in buying souvenirs, I recommend planning dinner and then the visit to Hefang street as the last stops during the evening hours.
The included meal was plentiful and in a nice restaurant where they also prepared local specialties.
