Excellent, easy, seamless

Bibiana was excellent and prompt with all communication, very knowledgeable about the Louvre, art history, etc. She was very nice and helpful throughout preplanning and the tour, she made all members of our group comfortable from baby in stroller to adults. I can’t fathom doing the louvre without a private guide, it’s so insanely crowded and huge, even just entering is an ordeal, but not with Bibiana. She knew just how to move us through the crowd and skip the lines and navigate the huge museum. She also helped us to understand why the most famous pieces are famous and really expanded our knowledge of the renaissance. Thank you!

The Louvre would be an overwhelming experience without someone who knows how to navigate it. But there’s a difference between just taking a tour and having an experience. Hugo captivated us with his passion for the museum, his stories about the artists and his explanations of what is being depicted in the art.
